• Search and review candidate profiles

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You provide false or misleading information
• You harass or abuse other users or staff
• Your account is inactive for an extended period

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Modern Manuscripts only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Not include confidential information from previous employers
• Update their profile to reflect current information

Employers agree to:

• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Comply with employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations
• Respect candidate privacy and data

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Modern Manuscripts, including:

• Your Modern Manuscript profile
• Resume and professional documents
• STAR stories and achievements
• Messages and communications

By submitting content, you grant Modern Manuscripts a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, display, and share your content with employers (when you apply for jobs)
• Use anonymized data for platform improvement and analytics
• Process and format your content for display on the Platform

5.2 Platform Content

All content on the Platform not submitted by users, including:

• Platform design, interface, and code
• Modern Manuscripts branding and trademarks
• Documentation and help materials
• Algorithms and matching technology

...is owned by Qrious Ventures Pvt Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5.3 User-Generated Content Monitoring

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to:

• Monitor user-generated content
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Take action against users who violate our policies

6. Job Applications and Employment

6.1 Application Process

When you apply for a job through Modern Manuscripts:

• Your complete Modern Manuscript profile is shared with the employer
• You authorize us to transmit your information to the employer
• The employer's privacy policy governs how they use your data
• We are not responsible for employers' hiring decisions or practices

6.2 No Employment Guarantee

Modern Manuscripts is a platform that connects job seekers with employers. We do not:

• Guarantee job placement or interviews
• Control employers' hiring decisions
• Verify all job postings (though we make reasonable efforts)
• Act as your agent or representative in employment matters

6.3 Employer-Candidate Relationship

Any employment relationship is solely between the candidate and employer. Modern Manuscripts is not:

• A party to employment contracts
• Responsible for employment terms, conditions, or disputes
• Liable for employer actions or decisions

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Free Services

Currently, basic use of Modern Manuscripts is free for job seekers, including:

• Creating a Modern Manuscript profile
• Browsing job opportunities
• Applying for jobs

7.2 Premium Services (Future)

We may introduce premium features or subscriptions in the future. If we do:

• We will clearly communicate pricing and terms
• You will have the option to subscribe or continue using free features
• All payments will be processed securely
• Refund policies will be clearly stated

7.3 Employer Fees

Employers may be charged fees for:

Maximum Liability: In any case, our total liability shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months (if any), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modern Manuscripts, Qrious Ventures Pvt Ltd, and our affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

All Platform content (excluding user-generated content) is protected by copyright. You may not:

• Reverse engineer our technology
